We believe clear financial terms give every student peace of mind before they enroll. The policy below explains exactly how refunds, schedule changes, and cancellations are handled, including the conditions that apply, the timing involved, and any penalties. Please read it carefully before confirming your enrollment.
General Conditions
The following conditions apply across all of the refund scenarios described below, unless a specific case states otherwise.
All refunds are calculated based on the actual payment deposited to the school account.
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer 30 days after the student’s departure from the academy. Bank transfer fees are shouldered by the student.
The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Refund Scenarios
Each situation below is treated differently depending on when it happens relative to your arrival date. Find the case that matches your circumstances to see how your refund is calculated.
Cancellation Upon Arrival
This applies when a student has already arrived at the academy and then decides to end their enrollment early. In this case:
- The current term the student is in will be forfeited, and only 50% of the remaining term will be refunded. Each term is counted in blocks of 4 weeks.
- Local fees are subject to the refund term.
- Term freezing is possible, but the student must return within 1 year. Frozen terms are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Change of Arrival Date
This applies when a student needs to move their arrival date before the course begins. The penalty depends on how much notice is given:

Cancellation (Before Arrival)
This applies when a student cancels their registration entirely before arriving at the academy. The refund amount depends on how early the cancellation is made:

No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Students enrolled for a 4-week term or less.
- Students who are expelled from the academy.
- School operation interruption or closure due to force majeure, pandemic, epidemic, or endemic.
