This page gathers the practical details that help you plan your stay, short-term tuition rates, optional class fees, dormitory check-in and check-out times, meals, airport transfers, and what to expect on your first day. Part 1

Tuition & Classes

How fees are calculated for shorter stays, and the rates for any optional classes you'd like to add to your schedule.

Short-Term Tuition (Less Than 4 Weeks)

If you study for less than a full 4-week term, tuition is charged as a percentage of the total 4-week fee, based on the number of weeks enrolled.

Additional Classes (4 Weeks)

You can add extra classes to your program at the following rates, billed per 4-week term.

Accommodation

Standard check-in and check-out times, the charges for adjusting them, and how your security deposit works.

Dormitory Check-in & Check-out

Standard dormitory schedule for arriving and departing students:

Check-in: Sunday 2:00 PM Check-out: Saturday 12:00 PM

From March 22, 2026: check-in will be from Sunday at 5:00 AM. Check-out time remains the same.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Need to arrive earlier or leave later than the standard schedule? Additional charges may apply, depending on your room type.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is collected at the start of your stay and refunded after a room inspection is completed before check-out, provided there is no damage.

Meals & Transport

What's provided in the dining hall, plus your options for getting to and from the academy at the start and end of your stay.

Meals are served in the dining hall on the following schedule:

Weekdays: 3 meals Weekends & Holidays: 2 meals

Airport Pick-up

The academy arranges transfers from the airport to campus. Choose between a shared group pick-up or a private vehicle.

Departure (BESA Sending)

For your departure, the academy offers a sending service to Clark, with several scheduled times available.

First Day Schedule

Your academic schedule begins at 1:30 PM on Monday. Before classes start, there's time set aside to take care of essential arrival tasks, students can have photos taken for their SSP, exchange currency, and purchase any necessary items.
