How do I apply to A&J e-Edu Academy?
Fill out the online application form with your details, course, preferred room, and dates, and our admissions team will reply by email to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
What is included in the school fee?
Your stay is all-in-one: tuition with daily one-on-one and group classes, your on-campus room, buffet-style meals at the dining hall, and access to campus facilities like the study halls and fitness gym. Contact us for a personalized quote for your course and dates.
Do I need a visa to study in the Philippines?
Most nationalities can enter the Philippines visa-free for an initial stay and extend locally while studying. Students study under an SSP (Special Study Permit), which the school helps arrange after you arrive, and our team guides you through any tourist visa extensions you need for longer stays. See our additional information page for details.
What is an SSP (Special Study Permit)?
The SSP is a permit issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration that allows foreign students to study short-term courses like English programs. Every international student needs one, and the school processes it for you as part of your enrollment after arrival.
How long can I study? Can I extend my stay?
Stays are flexible: most students come for 4 to 24 weeks, and both shorter visits and longer stays are possible. Extending is easy too, just tell our team while you are here and we will arrange the room and paperwork, subject to availability.
I am a complete beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely. On your first day you take a level test covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and your classes are matched to your exact level. Daily one-on-one lessons on the ESL course mean the pace is always yours, so nervous beginners settle in quickly.
What are the rooms like?
All accommodation is on campus: Deluxe Rooms in single, twin, and triple layouts, quieter Premium Units including the Premium Studio, and Eco Villa units for couples or small families. Every room includes a bed, study desk, storage with a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom. Browse photos on the dormitory rooms page.
Are meals provided?
Yes. The dining hall serves buffet-style meals with a variety of dishes, and it is open from early morning to midnight, so your schedule never leaves you hungry. The on-campus cafe and Eco Mart cover coffee, snacks, and daily essentials in between.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. Airport pickup is offered as a private or group service, and you simply select it on the application form. Our team meets arriving students and brings them straight to the campus in Baguio, where your room key and a warm welcome are waiting.
What should I pack for Baguio?
Pack a jacket! Baguio sits high in the mountains, so it stays cool all year, usually around 15 to 23 degrees. Bring layers, comfortable walking shoes, and your everyday study essentials; almost anything you forget can be bought in the city or at the campus mart.
Do you have programs for children and teens?
Yes. The Junior Course family covers young learners with age-appropriate classes, caring supervision, and seasonal Junior Camps that mix English lessons with fun activities. Parents receive clear guidance on schedules, safety, and accommodation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Life happens, and our refund provisions explain exactly how cancellations and refunds work depending on when you cancel. Please read them before booking, and reach out to our team with any questions about your specific situation.
