All students are required to attend academy activities that are organized by the office which will help promote camaraderie among the students, teachers, and staff.
Hence, all activities organized by the students must be communicated to the office in consideration with the safety of the students. In case a weekend trip is to be conducted, the office must be informed of the venue, means of transportation and members. It should then be understood, that the academy will not be held responsible for anything that may arise since it is not an academy-related activity. Members of the trip must then sign a waiver from the managers.
Students are also expected to be back before curfew hours and must report to the managers right upon arrival.
