PROVISIONS OF REFUNDS

Refund Policy


  • A. Cancellation Upon Arrival
    • Refunds are based on the actual payment deposited to the school account.
    • The term the student is in will be forfeited and only 50% of the remaining term shall be refunded. The term is based every 4 weeks.
    • Local fees will be subjected to the refund term.
    • Term freezing is possible but student must return within 1 year. Terms and non-refundable and non-transferrable.
    • Refunds will be paid through bank 30 days after the student’s departure from the academy. Transfer fees will be shouldered by the student.
    • Registration is non-refundable.
  • B. Change of Arrival Date
    • Refunds are based on the actual payment deposited to the school account.
    • Changing of Arrival Date 4 weeks or more before the actual arrival: NO PENALTY
    • Changing of Arrival Date 2 weeks before the actual arrival: $200 Penalty
    • Changing of Arrival Date within 2 weeks before the actual arrival: $300 Penalty
    • Refunds will be paid through bank 30 days after the student’s departure from the academy. Transfer fees will be shouldered by the student.
    • Registration is non-refundable.
  • C. Cancellation
    • Refunds are based on the actual payment deposited to the school account.
    • Cancellation of registration 4 weeks before arrival: Full refund minus $500 Penalty
    • Cancellation of registration 1 week before arrival: 80% refund minus $500 Penalty.
    • Cancellation of registration within 1 week before arrival: 80% refund minus 2-week fee and a $500 Penalty.
    • Refunds will be paid through bank 30 days after the student’s departure from the academy. Transfer fees will be shouldered by the student.
    • Registration is non-refundable.
  • D. No Refund
    • Students enrolled for a 4-week term or less.
    • Students who are expelled from the academy.
    • School operation interruption or closure due to force majeure, pandemic, epidemic, or endemic.
