Yes, the pin really is outside town. The campus is in Barangay Irisan, on the western side of Baguio off Naguilian Road, so getting to Session Road is a ride rather than a walk. That is what keeps the campus quiet in the evening.
You are not stranded out here. The campus keeps its own van and driver: the office arranges an ordinary trip if you give them notice, and if something urgent happens the van goes without anyone booking it. More about the campus and getting around.
