Our Guarantee Courses put A&J’s commitment in writing: follow the program, and we guarantee you’ll reach your target score. Choose from two intensive tracks, IELTS Double Guarantee and TOEIC Guarantee, each combining focused one-on-one classes, regular mock tests, and a disciplined, English-only study environment designed to deliver measurable results. If you don’t hit your guaranteed score, you receive additional weeks of class at a discounted rate until you do.

- Automatic participation in the English Only Policy (EOP) program.
- Mandatory Self-Study from 8PM to 11PM (Monday to Thursday).
- Students are not allowed to go out during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
- Mandatory attendance in one of the night group classes (Monday to Thursday).

Important reminder
If a student already has an official IELTS score and registers under the 12-week guarantee program, we guarantee the following:
- 4.0 official score → 5.5 guarantee
- 5.0 official score → 6.0 guarantee
- 5.5 to 6.0 official score → 6.5 guarantee
The Two Guarantee Stages
Stage A
ESL / First Guarantee
- For students scoring less than 4.0 on the mock test.
- 4 one-on-one (man-to-man) classes + 2 group classes = ESL preparation.
- 50% of tuition fee is required; additional fees apply.
Stage B
IELTS Proper / Second Guarantee
- For students scoring 4.0 & above on the mock test.
- 5 one-on-one classes + 2 group classes.
- Weekly mock tests and daily writing homework.
- Daily vocabulary quizzes (10 words) provided by teachers.
- Daily mock tests for the 5 days before the official IELTS exam.
- Official IELTS test taken 2 - 3 weeks before the end of term.
- The official test fee must be paid in advance; all fees are non-refundable.
IELTS Double Guarantee, Full Policies
* The Guarantee Course is non-refundable.
- If IELTS guarantee students violate any A&J academy regulation 3 times, they will be removed from the guarantee program (the course will be changed to the regular IELTS course).
- Students are required to attend every assessment test and post-test. Refusing to take an exam results in removal from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- Students are required to take the vocabulary test and to write all their mistakes 20 times. Refusal results in removal from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- Students receive a Daily IELTS Writing Homework Booklet and must complete a daily essay, submitting it to the Head Teacher by lunchtime, regardless of their mock test result. Failure to submit counts as one violation; after 3 violations they are removed from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- Students are immediately part of the E.O.P program and must speak English 24/7 on weekdays and weekends. A penalty is given for speaking their mother tongue on weekdays. Refusal results in removal from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- Students are prohibited from going out on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and may only go out from Friday night to Sunday.
- Students are required to take the weekly IELTS mock test. Refusal results in removal from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- After entering the final guarantee, students must take the official IELTS exam every 4 weeks and pay the required extension fees (50% of tuition, plus accommodation, utility, maintenance, visa extension, and official IELTS exam fees) at the start of every 4-week extension. Failure to pay before each extension means leaving the guarantee program and graduating from A&J. The 4-week guarantee course cannot be extended without taking the official IELTS exam.
- If students finish their course and wish to extend a regular IELTS course or another course, it is treated as a new application and must be enrolled through their agency again.
- A&J only accepts temporary absences for significant family reasons (wedding or funeral). Traveling or returning home for other purposes results in removal from the guarantee program (changed to regular IELTS course).
- Acceptable course freezing applies only to the following:
- Wedding: 5 days max (weekdays and weekends), only for parents, siblings, and children.
- Funeral: 7 days max (weekdays and weekends), only for parents and children; 5 days max for grandparents and siblings.
- Students must take the official IELTS exam at least once in Baguio, 2 - 4 weeks before finishing their course, even if they quit the guarantee program. Refusal results in expulsion without refund.
- If a student doesn’t register for the official IELTS exam in Baguio by the 4th week before finishing, they will be expelled on a Friday and must check out by 12:00 PM Saturday.
- 12-week course: must register for the official IELTS exam before week 8, or be expelled on a Friday in week 8.
- 20-week course: must register before week 16, or be expelled on a Friday in week 16.
- 24-week course: must register before week 20, or be expelled on a Friday in week 20.
- The official IELTS exam fee must be paid upon arrival or application. The fee collected depends on current pricing set by the organizations administering the IELTS and varies with exchange rates.
- Tuition fee, accommodation fee, and official IELTS exam fee are non-refundable.
- For payments by wire transfer, the sender must pay an additional USD 30 processing fee, which is non-refundable.
TOEIC Guarantee
A results-driven track with daily mock tests and a guaranteed point gain, or a guaranteed 800 score on the 16-week program, with no initial score required.
