And the best way to do it is to make sure that all A&J teachers are equipped with knowledge and trainings for them to be able to teach in the most competitive standard possible. But how does A&J guarantee this?
A&J e-Edu’s teachers undergo different steps during the hiring process such as placement test, interview, demo class with a student. Once they are hired, they undergo trainings including classroom management, Dos and Don’ts, and also How to in teaching the different courses A&J offers. Aside from this¸ one of the things teachers are obligated to participate in is the Monthly test.
A&J teachers undergo the monthly test not only to test their knowledge in the English language and the extent of what they know about the courses A&J offers but also, to let teachers know their weaknesses. Through this, teachers will determine where they should study more and improve more on. A&J believes that studying is a continuous process. And this applies not only to students but also to teachers. The test will serve as an indicator of which part they excel on and which part they need to improve on. The test given varies every month such as grammar test, listening test, and reading test. Teachers also take IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL mock test to make sure that all teachers are flexible and knowledgeable enough when it comes to the different courses A&J offers.
As a consolation, the top three performing teachers will receive a certificate and a token to show appreciation on their efforts to strive and improve their knowledge and skills.
Last month, the monthly test was held and all teachers are in attendance. During last month’s test, teachers took a TOEFL Listening test. And teachers Mel, Kath, and Leah topped the said test.
The said test just shows that A&J teachers are ready to learn, challenge, and improve their skills and knowledge to become better and to provide quality education to all the students.
