▶ It is the duty of each student to check the Bulletin Board at the Ground Floor every morning for some announcements.
▶ Electric / Water Bill (PHP1,000 / PHP1,000) Each student must pay a total amount of PHP2,000 to cover a monthly bill for water and electric bills.
▶ SSP: Special Student Permit
▶ Passport: Upon enrollment at the academy, the student must surrender their passport to the Institute for safekeeping. This is to avoid further problems like misplaced, damaged or lost passport.
▶ VISA Extension:
1st Visa Extension: 59 days
2nd Visa Extension:89 days
3rd Visa Extension: 119 days
4th Visa Extension: 149 days
5th Visa Extension: 179 days
6th Visa Extension: 209 days
▶ Students will be held liable for the room damages and other problems like fire due to use of any electronic or flammable devices.
▶ All belongings provided by the institution to each student must be maintained and kept in proper condition and must not be transferred or kept in other rooms/places.
In case of loss and damages, the student must then replace or pay the said item.
▶ Managers have the right to enter any rooms subject to repair or any problem that concerns the institution.
▶ Students and academy teachers are never allowed to conduct private classes.
▶ Any activity that involves money transaction between students and teachers are highly restricted by the institution.
▶ The office must be informed 1 week prior to the students’ departure to prepare the necessary documents and certifications.
▶ One day before your departure, managers should conduct a room inspection and inventory check.
▶ Although we have CCTV at the academy, students are still advised to keep a close watch of their personal or valuable belongings.
The academy will not be held responsible for any loss or damages it may incur.
