CLASSES

▶ Policy on Class Attendance

    • 15 minutes late on each class is equivalent to an absence, therefore the student will not be allowed to enter the class anymore after the 15-minute allowance.
  • If the student incurs three (3) accumulated absences within four (4) weeks, cancellation of any two (2) hours class will then be implemented.

▶ Changing of classes and teachers

New students reserve the right to change their teachers and books within the first five days of classes upon arrival. After four weeks, the teachers assigned to them will automatically  be changed.

If the students wishes to retain certain classes, they must submit an EXTENSION REQUEST FORM to their respective Student Managers. Students can only extend with a specific class and teacher for 4 weeks.

▶ Make – up Classes

Only canceled classes due to the academy and teachers ‘emergency situation will be catered make-up classes either on the student’s available time or on a Saturday.

Though, a substitution is also possible. Students who missed their classes due to personal reasons will never be catered any make-up classes.

▶ Bi-monthly Test & Post Test

All students must take the bi-monthly test scheduled twice in a month and the post-test every day last Friday of each month. Failure to comply to the said rules will remove the right of the student to request for an extension with certain teachers.

▶ Free night classes

The academy offers two (2) free night classes from Mondays – Thursday weekly, a minimum of 2 student attendees are required.

5:30 ~ 6:20 P.M. – with Filipino Teacher / Cut-off time is 3 P.M.

7 ~ 8 P.M. – with an American Teacher/cut –off time is 5 P.M.

▶ Vocabulary Test

All students must take the vocabulary classes within the first four (4) weeks of their stay. After four (4) weeks, the student decides whether to continue with the class or not.

▶ Self – study at Night

After 5 P.M. the classrooms on the ground floor will be available for all students who want to study at night. They can use any classroom as long as they maintain cleanliness in the area.

▶ Philippine Holidays

    • Each student is guaranteed with 18 days for 4 weeks and a maximum of 20 days for 4 weeks.
  • The institution recognizes only two days of holiday for each month. In case there are more than two, a make-up class will then be held.
