A&J assigns books to students basing on their scores per test and their levels. \u00a0After the test, students will take a tour around the academy to familiarize themselves about the academy. After said facility tour, students will have their orientations with their respective managers. Then, in the afternoon, they will all go to the downtown area, specifically to SM Mall to exchange their money and buy their personal necessities. Afterwards, they have to come back and pay for their local fees and receive their books and their schedules.

These schedules are strictly followed to make sure that all students are well informed about the school policies and also, so that they can start studying comfortably.
