{"id":317,"date":"2017-09-12T05:17:09","date_gmt":"2017-09-12T05:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anjedudc.com\/?page_id=317"},"modified":"2024-05-13T08:03:29","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T08:03:29","slug":"classes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.anjedudc.com\/ko\/classes\/","title":{"rendered":"CLASSES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Policy on Class Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\">15 minutes late on each class is equivalent to an absence, therefore the student will not be allowed to enter the class anymore after the 15-minute allowance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\">If the student incurs three (3) accumulated absences within four (4) weeks, cancellation of any two (2) hours class will then be implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Changing of classes and teachers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">New students reserve the right to change their teachers and books within the first five days of classes upon arrival. After four weeks, the teachers assigned to them will automatically\u00a0 be changed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">If the students wishes to retain certain classes, they must submit an <strong>EXTENSION REQUEST FORM<\/strong> to their respective Student Managers. Students can only extend with a specific class and teacher for 4 weeks.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6 Make \u2013 up Classes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Only canceled classes due to the academy and teachers \u2018emergency situation will be catered make-up classes either on the student\u2019s available time or on a Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Though, a substitution is also possible. Students who missed their classes due to personal reasons will never be catered any make-up classes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Bi-monthly Test &amp; Post Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">All students must take the bi-monthly test scheduled twice in a month and the post-test every last Friday of each month. Failure to comply to the said rules will remove the right of the student to request for an extension with certain teachers.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6 Free night classes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">The academy offers two (2) free night classes from Mondays \u2013 Thursday weekly, a minimum of 2 student attendees are required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Please refer to the schedule below:<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">5:30 ~ 6:20 P.M. \u2013 with Filipino Teacher \/ Cut-off time is 3 P.M.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">7:00 ~ 7:50 P.M. \u2013 with an American Teacher\/cut \u2013off time is 3 P.M.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Vocabulary Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">All students must take the vocabulary classes within the first four (4) weeks of their stay. After four (4) weeks, the student decides whether to continue with the class or not.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Self \u2013 study at Night<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_8\">After 5:30 P.M. the classrooms on the ground floor will be available for all students who want to study at night. They can use any classroom as long as they maintain cleanliness in the area.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_8\"><strong>\u25b6\u00a0Philippine Holidays<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\">Each student is guaranteed with 18 days for 4 weeks and a maximum of 20 days for 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\">The institution recognizes only two days of holiday for each month.
